Horizon Tea Classic BOPF is a finely graded Sri Lankan black tea made from the smallest leaf particles – known as fannings that brew into a bright, clear cup with a satisfying briskness. BOPF (Broken Orange Pekoe Fannings) is one of the most widely enjoyed tea grades in Sri Lanka, valued for its consistent quality and versatility.

Lighter in body than CTC but with a lively, refreshing character, this tea is equally enjoyable on its own or with milk.

Brewing guide

Use 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 2g) per cup. Pour freshly boiled water (100°C) and brew for 2–3 minutes. Enjoy plain or add milk to taste. Avoid over-steeping to keep the cup bright.
